b inspired is a unique lifestyle coaching business helping individuals and groups achieve balance in their lives.

We have designed a team manual to give binspired a unique 5 star structure for all team members to follow to help make the quality and experience of every session for every client.

The manual provides team members with a simple structured guide to help implement consistency to all clients and to ensure continuity is established and sustained.

The manual also benefits team members by having the appropriate documentation for binspired’s behind the scene work, ie all clients payment record sheets, birthday sheets, anthropometric measurement sheets to record and assess all clients measurements and goals that are set by each team member using our unique bi monthly goal setting, client questionnaire’s, client agreement forms and weekly diary sheets to make your job as easy and organised as possible. We also operate annual client challenges to help vary your goal setting as much as possible.

It is also a guide to help you conduct your first few sessions with new clients and has some simple but essential systems to give every client in every session with any team member a truly unique, enjoyable and rewarding experience.

We are recruiting for:

Mobile fitness trainers to conduct sessions ranging from 1 on 1's, buddy's, small and large groups (1 hour sessions)
Mobile massage therapists (1 hour or 1 and half hours)
Nutrition coaches

How do I qualify to be a b inspired team member?
All successful team members are contractors to b inspired and therefore require;

Personal ABN number
Relevant qualifications (minimum cert IV for fitness trainers)
To purchase their appropriate b inspired uniform
A positive attitude, experience with one on one or group training, motivated, and a self starter who has broad knowledge in the health and wellness industry
A team player who really enjoys helping others achieve health and happiness
