1 on 1 fitness training sessions are the most effective
way to achieve results as they are tailored towards your specific
goals. Your fitness trainer will create fun and varied sessions
including everything from cardio vascular training, resistance
training, core stability, fitball, and boxing, based on what you
enjoy and what your requirements are.
These are our most popular session type and can be
arranged from your home or outdoors.
Home sessions are becoming extremely popular catering
towards the busy person who finds it saves a lot of time if they
don't have to travel to and from there session, and for parents
who have children at home it provides them with the convenience
of doing there exercise whilst kids are doing homework, or sleeping.

Outdoor sessions: Our team are located at outdoor venues such
as parks, beaches and sporting fields to help make exercising enjoyable
and rewarding after being in doors all day due to our hectic lifestyles.
Our trainers truly serve to motivate, educate and inspire you
to exercise and eat appropriately to achieve outstanding results
by setting bi monthly goals.
