About Me:
After spending many years behind a desk in the corporate world, I changed careers a few years ago to become a full time personal trainer. It's very rewarding to know I can help people make positive changes to their health, lifestyle, self confidence and general outlook in life.
Specialities:
With over 10 years experience as a personal trainer, I have trained clients of all ages - from 15 to 70. I have worked in fitness centres and five star resorts as well as mobile personal training. One of the key factors in achieving results is setting goals. I also believe that variety is the spice of life and will use a combination of boxing, resistance training, cardiovasular exercises and circuit training to help you achieve your goals.
Personal:
I love spending time in the outdoors and being active, especially swimming at the beach in the summer, skiing/snowboarding in the winter and playing touch football all year round.
Interests:
Catching up with friends for lunch/dinner/drinks or relaxing at the local cafe reading papers with a cappa. To chill out I listen to music and read.
